About Ms. Patel

Miral Patel is the lead Physical Therapist and co-founder of Physical Therapy at Parikh Health. She received her Physical Therapy degree from SNDT University, Mumbai, India. She worked in a renowned hospital in India where she mainly worked with musculoskeletal injuries. After marriage she moved to California and got her Physical Therapy license for the State of California and has been helping the population of the Bay Area since then.

Miral, with over 10 years of experience, also specializes in sports injuries, hand therapy, and ergonomics. She loves treating post-operative patients and low back pain. She has treated treated CEOs and CFOS of many major companies in the Bay Area and wants to help more people by educating them on preventing injuries.

Miral continuously seeks further training to ensure that her patients always benefit form current research.

She strong believes that healing comes from within and teach patients to develop a self care routine including stretching, strengthening, postural correction, and injury prevention. Her passion is to help patients to be able to do what they love and to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
